COMPATIBILITY

Pannier rack compatible with Tilt folding bikes.The 20"" folding bike pannier rack cannot be fitted with a baby carrier.PLEASE NOTE, the pannier rack comes with 2 sets of mounts:- the shortest ones are suited to the following bikes: TILT 100, TILT 120, TILT 500 Electric- the longer, twisted ones are suited to the TILT 500 and TILT 900. For these bikes, correctly position the legs on the outside of the pannier rack before screwing on.

Laboratory tests are conducted to validate the durability of the components (screws, chainrings, paintwork, etc.).For example: abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, colourfastness to UV rays. The finished product is also tested to ensure that the assembly remains firmly in place over time.As a final test, the weighted pannier rack is mounted onto a test bicycle that reproduces the vibrations of the road over thousands of cycles.

Durability & Repairability

To extend the lifespan of our pannier racks, they are all repairable.We have created repair kits containing all of the loose parts for our pannier racks: screws and removable connecting parts.So if you've lost or damaged a part, it can be replaced without the need to buy a whole new rack.You can find the reference code for the kit that matches your product in the SUPPORT SECTION.

The OneSecondClip pannier and top case can be attached to the rack in an instant. Please note that this rack isn’t suitable for baby carriers.
